Asian Griller Marinade

A sweet marinade that's terrific on pork, chicken, beef or seafood kabobs. Be sure to soak wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes before using.

  • 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Heinz® Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 pork tenderloin


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except for pork tenderloin. Place pork tenderloin (or your favorite meat or poultry) in marinade and turn until well-coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning occassionally.
  2. Remove pork from refrigerator, reserving marinade. Grill or broil pork tenderloin until cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F, basting frequently for first 5 to 10 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.
