Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 12 white fish filets
  • 3 cups Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in medium sauté pan. Whisk in Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken and reduce to 2 1/4 cups.Stir in the half-and-half and keep warm.
  2. Grill fish until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  3. Spoon sauce onto plate to make pool and top with fish filets.
