  • 3/4 cup Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken
  • 1 lb. large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined, tails on
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or cilantro, chopped


  1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, combine Marinade and shrimp, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink and is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in oil and dill, and remove from skillet. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Use 16 to 20 size shrimp for best results.
