  • 1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 20 shrimp, peeled and deveined

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, oil and garlic. Set aside a few tablespoons of this mixture in a small bowl, to be used later for a dressing for the salad.

  2. Remove shrimp from refrigerator, reserving the marinade. Cook shrimp on a pre-heated grill until it becomes opaque, or until an internal temperature nof 145ºF is reached. Baste frequently for the first 5 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.

  3. Place shrimp in the marinade (in the medium-size bowl) and turn until well-coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over a bed of lettuce, top with dressing mixture and lemon zest.
For stovetop method, use large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until it becomes opaque, or until an internal temperature of 145ºF is reached, basting frequently for the first 5 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.
