  • 1/3 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil or parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 6 small zucchini, cut into 3/4-inch circles
  • 3 medium red peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 medium spanish onion, cut into wedges
  • 12 mushrooms, wiped clean


  1. In a small bowl, mix together Worcestershire Sauce, mayonnaise and basil. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, if desired.
  2. Alternate shrimp and vegetables on 6-inch long wooden skewers. Brush liberally with sauce. Grill kabobs over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
