  • 4 tbsp Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 lb. Lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs, fine
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead lightly. Shape into eight patties (¾ inch thick) and put an indentation in the middle of each patty.
  2. Grill each patty for approximately 5 minutes or until cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F.
  3. Serve on toasted buns.
For a zestier, juicier burger, baste with Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce while cooking.
No need for condiments... try garnishing with slices of fresh avocado, crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes and crisp lettuce.
