So, I was wondering if it was gluten free. It is. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe as I see others say there is barley in it but my bottle has these ingredients listed: White vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt, onions, anchovies, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract. That's it. No mention of barley.
Yes I would recommend this item.

Best Worcestershire sauce available! I recently was told I had gluten intolerance, so was glad to know that it is made with no gluten! White vinegar is the main ingredient, in the US anyway. Malt vinegar is not listed. Now to find a good roux without flour!
Yes I would recommend this item.
