1. Turn oven on to broil and place oven rack 6 to 8 inches from heat source. Place bread on broiler-proof pan and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown. 2. Turn bread over, place one slice of cheese on each and drizzle with Worcestershire Sauce. Broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Serve immediately.
Be sure to shake well before measuring out the Worcestershire Sauce. Tastes great using crusty Italian or French bread with 1-inch thick slices.
