1. In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium-high heat, sauté onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes, until softened. Add the chicken and sauté for additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until browned on all sides, adding more cooking spray if needed. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika and briefly sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly. 2. Deglaze the pan with Worcestershire; add tomatoes, celery and sugar. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. 3. In a small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 Tbsp. of paprika with sour cream. Stir in half of sour cream mixture just before serving. Serve over rice or noodles, topping with remaining sour cream mixture and garnish with cilantro.
Substitute celery with bell peppers and parsley for cilantro, if desired.
