Chilled Herb Shrimp

  • Cook Time: 6 min.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup(s) Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken
  • 1 pound(s) large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined, tails on
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh dill or cilantro, chopped
  • Convert to metric

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, combine Marinade and shrimp, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink and is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in oil and dill, and remove from skillet. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Tip:

Use 16 to 20 size shrimp for best results.
