Ingredients
1/2 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. Hot sauce
1 tsp. Horseradish
1/2 tsp. Coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Celery salt
4 Boneless steaks (such as strip or sirloin)
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except for steak. Place steak in marinade and turn until well-coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally. 
  2. Remove steaks from refrigerator, reserving marinade. Cook steak to an internal temperature of 145°F, basting frequently for the first 5 to 10 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.
