Ingredients
5 tbsp butter
3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
12 white fish filets
3 cups Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken
Instructions
Melt butter in medium sauté pan. Whisk in Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken and reduce to 2 1/4 cups.Stir in the half-and-half and keep warm.
Grill fish until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Spoon sauce onto plate to make pool and top with fish filets.
