Ingredients
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1 can (28 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, well drained
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 fresh jalapeño, minced
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine Worcestershire Sauce, tomatoes, onion and jalapeño, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  2. For a distinctively tropical appeal, add 1/2 cup of diced mango, pineapple or peaches, and a tsp. of fresh squeezed lime juice. Serve as a dip with chips or crackers, or as a topping for chicken, fish or pork.
Tips
  • Be sure to shake well before measuring out the Worcestershire Sauce. For extra spice, add an additional minced jalapeño.
