Ingredients
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning, divided
1/2 cup jalapeño or serrano pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 cup scallion, minced
1 qt. ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced, 1/4 inch
12 4-oz. sushi-grade tuna steaks, about 1 inch thick
Instructions
  1. Combine Lea & Perrins® Marinade for Chicken, cilantro, ginger, 1 Tbsp. jerk seasoning, jalapeño pepper, scallions, mango and lime juice in a medium bowl. Set aside.For Fish1. Sprinkle tuna steaks with remaining jerk seasoning. Grill 2 to 3 minutes for rare, or until desired doneness.
  2. Slice tuna and serve with mango salsa.
