1 lb. large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined, tails on
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill or cilantro, chopped
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, combine Marinade and shrimp, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink and is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in oil and dill, and remove from skillet. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
