Ingredients
1/2 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz® Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 cup olive oil
4 ea. chicken breasts
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in large, shallow baking dish or plastic bag, pour over chicken breasts; turn to coat.  Marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes (for more flavor, marinate longer).
  2. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and discard marinade.  Grill or broil chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked, brushing frequently with extra Worcestershire Sauce.  Serve immediately.
