This flavorful marinade is ideal for chicken but just as delectable on your favorite steaks.

1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh basil or oregano, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 large sweet bell peppers, cut into 1-inch strips
In a medium bowl, mix together Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, oil, basil and garlic. Place chicken and peppers in marinade, and turn until well-coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for one hour, or overnight if desired, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken and peppers from refrigerator, reserving marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through, basting frequently for first 5 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill peppers for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until tender.
If preferred, use a resealable plastic bag for marinating. Discard bag after use.For stovetop method, use large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through, basting
