24 chicken wing sections
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s® Barbecue Sauce, Original No. 7™
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
In a medium shallow bowl, mix together flour and chili powder. Lightly dust chicken wings in flour mixture.
In a large heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, fry chicken for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine Worcestershire Sauce, Barbecue Sauce and hot pepper sauce. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until bubbly, stirring occasionally. Serve with fried wings.
Be sure to shake well before measuring out the Worcestershire Sauce. To spice it up more, add an extra 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce.
