Peach Chutney

This chutney is colorful and refreshing, and it works well with other fresh fruits in place of peaches such as blueberries, mangos, or apricots. From the East Indian word chatni, this spicy condiment contains fruit, vinegar, sugar and spices.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup (4-6) fresh peaches, peeled and diced
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup dried pineapple, diced
1 small jalapeño, diced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
Instructions
  1. Heat the above ingredients together in a small pan. Simmer approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Thicken sauce with 1 tsp. corn starch and water to dissolve the corn starch. Simmer additional minute.
  3. Serve with chicken, ham or pork.
