4 tbsp Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb. Lean ground beef
1 cup Breadcrumbs, fine
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead lightly. Shape into eight patties (¾ inch thick) and put an indentation in the middle of each patty.
Grill each patty for approximately 5 minutes or until cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F.
Serve on toasted buns.
