4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a 13”x9”x2” baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray, arrange chicken, onion and pepper. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire Sauce, preserves and sugar. Pour sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables. Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Be sure to shake well before measuring out the Worcestershire Sauce. To cook in the broiler, use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Arrange chicken and vegetables, and pour sauce evenly over top. Broil for 10 to 1
