This spice mixture is excellent on grilled steaks, pork chops and even your favorite roasts. Make extra dry rub to have in the cupboard for when the urge to grill hits you.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
4 beef tenderloin steaks, about 1 1/2 inch thick
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together Worcestershire Sauce, sugar, garlic powder, pepper and rosemary. Using fingers, rub spice mixture evenly onto steaks.
  2. Before preheating grill, spray rack with nonstick spray to prevent sticking. Grill or broil steaks over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until cooked to desired doneness.
Tips
  • For stovetop method, use large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 8 to 10 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until cooked to desired doneness.
