Sour Cream and Bacon Jacket Baked Potato Topping

Ingredients
6 bacon slices, cut in strips
1/2 cup Sour cream
6 chives, chopped
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
  1. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel to absorb excess grease. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, onion, and Worcestershire, and stir until well-blended.
  2. Cut open each baked potato, and top each with 1/4 of the sour cream mixture and bacon. Add freshly ground black pepper if desired and serve.
Tips
  • Add steamed broccoli.
