Ingredients
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Heinz® Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
While your steak is grilling to your desired doneness, in a medium skillet lightly sauté the garlic in a small amount of hot oil until softened about 45 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients except the cream. Whisking to blend the ingredients, reduce by 1/2. Add the cream and simmer until a silken sauce is formed, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn the grilled steaks in the sauce to coat well, transfer to warm plates and spoon the remaining sauce over the steaks.
Tips
This sauce also goes well with chicken. Grilled potatoes are great with the sauce and steak for a quick delicious meal.
