Ingredients
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Heinz® Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
  1. While your steak is grilling to your desired doneness, in a medium skillet lightly sauté the garlic in a small amount of hot oil until softened about 45 seconds.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the cream. Whisking to blend the ingredients, reduce by 1/2. Add the cream and simmer until a silken sauce is formed, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Turn the grilled steaks in the sauce to coat well, transfer to warm plates and spoon the remaining sauce over the steaks.
Tips
  • This sauce also goes well with chicken. Grilled potatoes are great with the sauce and steak for a quick delicious meal.
