A common appetizer with an uncommon taste. Serve with a caesar salad for a light lunch.

1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 lb. mixed nuts, such as almonds, pecans & walnuts
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, add Worcestershire Sauce, sugar, pepper and salt. Simmer gently for about 2 minutes, or until sugar is melted. Remove from heat, and add the nuts and oil, stirring until evenly coated.
Spread nuts evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until nuts are a deep brown color. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Combine roasted nuts with cranberries and serve.
